Edward C. Filbrun Farm at 7747 Brandt Pike, Wayne Twp (now Huber Heights) 
circa 1920 when owned by Sue Smith Filbrun's parents, Sam & Anna Smith.
House burned in 1940 and was replaced by small 1-story house. Barn torn
down in 1966.
